Carrots are famous for improving eyesight, and there’s a reason for that! They’re rich in beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A. Vitamin A helps maintain healthy vision, especially in low light. Eat one cup of raw carrots or half a cup of cooked carrots daily
