Veer Pahariya has encountered significant online trolling, a growing issue for newcomers in the entertainment industry. After a video of his hook step from 'Sky Force' went viral, he faced intense criticism. In a recent interview with Hauterrfly, he discussed the challenges of dealing with harsh judgments from a large audience.
The actor expressed his love for the attention that comes with being trolled, stating that he lives for it. He has always admired actors who face trolling and become memes, seeing it as a form of immortality through their work.
Pahariya shared his thoughts on becoming a meme due to his viral hook step, stating that he would say this for the first time. Since the song's release and the ensuing trolling, he has seen a significant increase in engagement, opening many new doors for him. He has already performed at two weddings, where he did the langdi step with the bride.
Jokingly, he told the groom, “This is my fifth round. If I do two more, the bride will be mine.” He noted that numerous work opportunities have arisen because people now recognize him. To those trolling him, he humorously wished for even more trolling so he could secure more weddings and earn money.
Meanwhile, 'Sky Force,' which also stars Akshay Kumar alongside Veer, became the first film of 2025 to reach the Rs 100 crore mark. Directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani, 'Sky Force' not only delivers thrilling aerial combat sequences but also pays tribute to the true heroism of Squadron Leader Ajjamada Boppayya Devayya MVC. Squadron Leader Ajjamada Boppayya Devayya MVC is the only Indian Air Force officer to posthumously receive the Maha Vir Chakra. Produced by Jio Studios and Maddock Films, 'Sky Force' also stars Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur.
