NEW DELHI: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday announced that the remainder of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 will be held from May 17 to June 3 across six venues.
The tournament had been paused last week following border clashes between India and Pakistan. With a ceasefire now in effect, the BCCI has opted to resume the 17 remaining matches.
"After extensive consultations with government and security agencies, and with all the key stakeholders, the Board has decided to proceed with the remainder of the season," the BCCI said in a statement.
